Elon Musk and Grimes‘s romantic relationship was always on the hot topic for their age difference. Unfortunately, it’s no longer the same as the 50 years old SpaceX founder and the 33 years old Canadian singer have confirmed that they had separated their ways.
Their sad news was revealed one week after SpaceX‘s Inspiration4. Though they have officially confirmed they have split, Elon and the musician say that they still love each other. Moreover, the CEO of Tesla added saying we see each other frequently and are on great terms.

Musk’s ex-girlfriend also opened about what happens between them is a “shit” saying
“I do actually just really love my boyfriend, no one believes me about this, but I just did not understand what I was getting into at all.”
Fun fact – the 50-year-old businessman shares 16 months older son X Æ A-Xii with his ex-girlfriend, Grimes, and their son is currently in the adjacent room.
Reasons Behind Elon Musk and Grimes Split
However, both of them have never shared the exact reason behind their unexpected break-up, Elon Musk announced that the reason behind it was his work at SpaceX and Tesla saying
“It’s mostly that my work at SpaceX and Tesla requires me to be primarily in Texas or traveling overseas and her work is primarily in LA.”
Musk, one of the richest people in the world said the Oblivion singer is currently staying with him but their son is in the adjacent room. Grimes revealed that Musk was the baby’s father in January 2020, when she was expecting her first child.

Albeit, they have split, Elon still gives the credit for Grimes for being more active in the parenting role. Further, he thanked her saying
“Well, babies are just eating and pooping machines, you know? Right now there’s not much I can do, Grimes has a much bigger role than me right now. When the kid gets older, there will be more of a role for me.”
