The American woman, Pam Hupp, also known for her criminal-minded women was born on October 10, 1958. She was born to Victor Joseph Neumann Jr and Shirley Neumann. She was sentenced to life in prison for the murder of Louis Gumpenberger on August 16, 2016. Gump, who was suffering from a mental ailment, was short in her house.
After being apprehended, she attempted to flee by claiming self-defense, but the court rejected her claim due to a lack of evidence, and Alford pleaded guilty to first-degree murder and armed criminal action. She married Mark Hupp in 1996 and got divorced in September 2020. In September 2020, Hupp filed a motion to vacate her conviction, claiming she was pressured to take a plea; it was denied the following March.

Death of Betsy Faria
Hupp worked with Elizabeth "Betsy" Kay Meyer Faria at State Farm. She shared a home with her husband, Russell "Russ" Scott Faria, and two daughters from a previous relationship at 130 Sumac Drive in Troy, Missouri. In 2010, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She found out in October 2011 that her cancer had spread to her liver and was deadly.
Hupp and Betsy Faria, a cancer-stricken acquaintance, reportedly raised money for another cancer-stricken family in 2011. Several years later, Fox 2 News discovered that the family was unaware of the gathering; information was provided to Lincoln County officials in 2014, but no further investigation was conducted.
She assassinated her friend Faira as Faria transferred the sole beneficiary of her $150,000 state farm life insurance policy from her husband to Hupp, who claimed that Faria had requested that she give the money to her daughters when they reached adulthood. She later revealed that Faria had requested that she keep the money for herself. Gumpenberger died just after 12:00 p.m. on August 16, 2016, when Hupp fatally shot him five times at her home at 1260 Little Brave Drive in O'Fallon.
