Watch: The Splattering | Official Trailer
The fake trailer is definitely a parody of “Jaws” which shows a huge lobster tormenting the people of Massachusetts. The scenes are made in a hilarious way. It’s actually saddening that we won’t be able to see more of it.
It’s all fun and stuff for the first minute of the trailer then the breathtaking terror begins.
The real bit of the trailer starts with newly, demonically possessed girl Eden leaving the theatre in order to get some snacks. She orders a lot of food and the clerk behind the counter couldn’t help but make some uncalled-for comments about her ass.
Demon Eden plays it off cool only to lure him into kissing her. As they are kissing she proceeds to bite his lower lip off. The guy screams in pain while blood is dripping all over the floor.
The trailer ends with Tyler Locke finding Eden with a bloody mouth-eating popcorn alongside the clerk’s fresh corpse.
Well, the marketing team of the Netflix definitely deserves a rasie for this amazing trailer. Ten new episodes of the season 2 will premiere from next Friday, October 22 on Netflix.
