Tinsley Mortimer revealed a housewife who is still a part of her life.
Tinsley Mortimer‘s farewell season at The Real Housewives of New York City was boring, to say the least. Tinsley was the victim of Dorinda Medley‘s unprompted wrath during Season 12.
Dorinda suspected Tinsley of having a covert affair with Scott Kluth, with whom she’s had an on-off relationship. Dorinda also criticized Tinsley for not being loyal to RHONY.
Half-way through the season, Tinsley revealed she was leaving the show and going off to Chicago to be with her boyfriend. We can’t say we blame her because her very presence has provoked such rage from Dorinda.
Dorinda said to Tinsley, “I have a turkey baster — maybe try and have a baby.” That was utter humiliation of sort because Dorinda realized Tinsley was dreaming of starting a family. It was pretty rough.

We gotta appreciate Tinsley for attending the meeting and supporting her right to leave RHONY for love. Obviously, in November 2019, Tinsley broke the story that Scott had finally gone down on his knee.
And, in a stunning twist, Dorinda (and her turkey baster) found herself without an apple following season after being dismissed for her bad conduct.
Page Six revealed Tinsley was focusing on her time as a New York Housewife while speaking on Reality Life with Kate Casey podcast.
Tinsley said,
Doing a reality show with all these strong women, it is really the best therapy you can ever have.
There is one cast member she still keeps in touch with, and it’s definitely not Dorinda. It’s Leah McSweeney, the rookie co-star. In the Season 12 opener, Leah was revealed to the public when she headed to a boxing gym/philosophy center with Tinsley.

Tinsley explained:
We had met and I had sort of tested her, filming together. We hung out a couple times and when she got the show, I was so thrilled to have a younger girl on the show.
I definitely had moments with different people. Sonja [Morgan] was more like an older sister to me, so in a way I didn’t feel like I could be wild and crazy. To have Leah there was really great.
Who can overlook Leah, Sonja, and Tinsley skinny dipping at Ramona Singer’s Hamptons home? Definitely not Ramona, who was angry that Leah was attacking the tiki torches.

Tinsley shared,
I am still friends with Leah and talk to her all the time. I adore her. Hopefully, when the world gets to a place that is somewhat normal I will go back to New York, and I will see people.
She added,
Can I say that I will reach out to some of the girls on the show if I am in New York? Probably not. Mainly Leah, and maybe Sonja.
Tinsley, however, is still going to tune into RHONY. “Of course, I will still watch the show. Maybe filming a scene or two in New York with Leah.”
