Carol Maraj, the mother of famous rapper Nicki Minaj is reported to file a suit in the death of her husband, Robert Maraj. Robert died last month on Feb 13 in a hit-and-run accident.
As per USA TODAY, 0n Friday, Carol Maraj filed a $150 million lawsuit on behalf of the Tusa singer. Moreover, the lawsuit was done in the Supreme Court of New York by Ben Crump against the driver.
The hit-and-run accident happened when Minaj’s father Robert, 64, on Feb. 12 was crossing the street in Long Island. After the investigation, it was revealed that the driver was Charles Polevich, 70.

And, according to the Nassau County Police, the driver was stopped to ask if the injured person was ok but later runs away not calling for help. Later, the police took Maraj in a critical condition to a local hospital.
Unfortunately, he died the next day. Charles leaving the accident not calling the emergency services, many people are claiming him as an “Irresponsible Person” and “Criminal.”

Some people also shared that “he was not only irresponsible and negligent but more concerned about running away and hiding than seeking help.” Ben Crump Law who is handling the case in the Supreme Court of New York shared,
Polevich’s behavior was criminal, cowardly, and immoral. We will hold him responsible for his reckless actions that led to Robert Maraj’s death!
Nicki Minaj, 38, the daughter of Robert Maraj and Carol Maraj, was raised in Queens, New York, hasn’t talk yet about her father’s death. While the world is talking, she chooses to stay quiet about the hit-and-run accident.
