David Schwimmer’s former girlfriend Natalie Imbruglia reacts to the revelation that her ex had a crush on his co-star Jennifer Aniston during season 1 of Friends.
David Schwimmer‘s former girlfriend Natalie Imbruglia has addressed his crush on Friends co-star Jennifer Aniston!
During the Friends: The Reunion in May, Schwimmer revealed that he had a “major crush” on Aniston while they were filming the inaugural season of their popular sitcom in 1994.
Jen went on to say the crush was reciprocated. Despite their crushes, nothing romantic transpired between them.

Natalie, the 46-year-old Leave Me Alone hitmaker, was recently asked on The Kyle and Jackie O Show if David’s crush on Jen intersected with the time she and David were in a relationship back in the 1990s.
Natalie inquired if they wanted to know if there was a crossover after host Kyle Sandilands mentioned the crush.
Natalie added,
I thought that too. No, I’m joking.
She was later asked which Friends seasons she and David were dating. Natalie responded how it was way too long ago and she can’t remember.
Natalie continued,
I do remember being on the set and I remember everybody being lovely and really, really nice. I wasn’t paying attention to whether they were giving each other ‘little looks’ over my shoulder. I don’t know if that was happening. I’m okay with whatever happened back then. It was a long time ago.
During the reunion, David also mentioned Jennifer’s former husband, Brad Pitt.
If you recall, Brad played a former classmate of Ross and Rachel, who comes to visit for Thanksgiving. The ex-spouses were adversaries in high school and their characters never got along well.

Speaking of the guest stars who featured in the sitcom, David said:
We had amazing guest stars on our show. I couldn’t believe all these people that we were all massive fans of.
He then made a reference to Brad and turned to face Jennifer, saying, “Your fella, Brad [Pitt], did one.” Jennifer replied, “Pitt came, did one.”
