'Dexter' Actress Katia Winter Set to Play Little Nina in 'The Boys' Season 3

Katia Winter is set to play the role of Little Nina in the third season of the hit Amazon Prime show, The Boys.

Katia Winter is set to play Little Nina, the Russian mafia boss in the forthcoming season 3 of The Boys.

The actress, 37, who is best known for her appearances in Dexter (2012) and Sleepy Hollow (2013-15), is bringing this famous comic character to life for the first time, according to Deadline.

People who are familiar with graphic novels may recollect the character for the tragic and disastrous outcome of her experimentation.

How did she come up with her moniker? You may be perplexed initially. But it’s simple: she’s ridiculously short.

In the comics, she collaborated with Vought by using a tweaked version of their Compound-V formula, which caused her test participants’ heads to explode like watermelons.

Meanwhile, in the toy section, Nina has some NSFW passions, if you know what we mean. Little Nina appears to be about to add some minor mayhem to Amazon Prime’s popular show.

In the third season, Winter is joined by a new cast, the incredibly popular Jensen Ackles – best known as Dean Winchester for 15 seasons on Supernatural – who now takes the role of Soldier Boy, the presumed “original superhero.”

Showrunner Eric Kripke teased,

There’s a history of Vought that we’re starting to map out because Soldier Boy has been a mainstay of Vought for decades.

Kripke added,

He was like John Wayne there, and so as a result, we’re writing the history of Vought and how all the characters weave in together.

The Boys season 3 is expected to premiere in late 2021.
