Brooklyn Nine-Nine's Andy Samberg Confirmed for Tiny Tina's Wonderlands

Brooklyn Nine-Nine star Andy Samberg is officially announced for the next Borderlands game Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.

Borderlands is receiving a new spin-off, and some notable comic talents have agreed to offer their voices to the venture.

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands builds on the Borderlands 2 expansion Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep by combining a D&D fantasy-themed setting with all of the firearms and jagged chaos you’ve come to expect from the main Borderlands releases.

Along with Horizon Zero Dawn‘s Ashly Burch reprising her role as Tina Tina, Brooklyn Nine-Nine‘s Andy Samberg as Captain Valentine, Black-ish‘s Wanda Sykes as Frette the robot, and Will Arnett from Arrested Development and The LEGO Batman Movie as the Dragon Lord.

There’s all the stealing and killing you’d expect, as well as character classes and more RPG-style dungeons, while Tiny Tina can alter the game’s rules at any time. You can enjoy it solo or in a co-op with up to four other people.

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands unveiled as part of the Summer Games Fest following a 10-year hiatus, will be released in early 2022 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC (via Epic Games Store and Steam).

Sadly, like Borderlands 3, there is no Switch edition. Unless they’re waiting for the highly anticipated Switch Pro to be released.
