Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson reveals a new look at the Netflix action movie he’s set to star alongside Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot.
Dwayne Johnson revealed a brand-new image from the set from his forthcoming Netflix action comedy film Red Notice, showcasing his tough character protecting a precious item.
The actor unveiled a new look at the film, which features Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds and Wonder Woman starlet Gal Gadot, on Instagram as he uploaded an image of himself wearing black and posing in the art museum, looking over a very big and sparkling golden egg that sits on top of a roped-out pedestal.

The actor wrote,
I give you one of the rare and true priceless artifacts to ever exist – Cleopatra’s Egg. Are you sure you want to steal it on my watch?
He continued,
The FBI Profiler. The World’s Most Wanted Art Thief. And the greatest conman the world has never seen. Excited for you to see this movie in 2021 – only on @netflix.
Needless to say, we’re probably not going to try to snatch a treasured object that was closely protected by The Rock himself, but we’ve got a feeling someone else in the film might carry a different perspective.

Precise plot details are limited as of yet, but what we understand so far about Red Notice is Interpol’s crime mitigation organization has issued a worldwide warning – recognized as the Red Notice – to track down and seize the most wanted art robber in the world.
Johnson’s role is an agent assigned to protect the precious art that the robber may try to steal, while a skilled con artist is somehow involved in the project.
Red Notice completed filming in October, returning from the mandatory shooting break that started in March due to the onset of the coronavirus pandemic.
After the shooting concluded, the leading stars of the film thanked the cast and the crew who had spent several months in isolation to complete production on the film, with Reynolds sharing an Instagram tribute to those involved.
He wrote,
My hat is OFF to this crew. I can’t emphasize their grit enough. Over 300 souls living in a sequestered bubble to make this a reality. They went to work under the most intense circumstances every day. That sacrifice is not only theirs, but it also belongs to their family, friends, and loved ones who haven’t seen them in months.
Red Notice is expected to release on Netflix some time in 2021.
