Many of you might remember Ash Winston Riser from his stagename Ashtrobot. And those who been following the artist might well know about his tragic demise on young age of 31 on June 12, 2021.

Ash Riser Bio-Wiki- Early Life &Musical Journey
Ashtrobot who real name is Ash Winston Riser was born on August 29, 1989 in Redondo Beach, California. Not much information about late vocalist father & mother are available, however, Riser was born and raised in California from where he was influenced to rock music and hence formed a rock band Pistol Pistol.
Ash formed his first rock band at the age of just 15 which he formed with his high school mates. The band got quiet a good success where their tracks were even played on ESPN and Sí TV.

Unfortunately due to band member internal issues they called-off the band in 2009 and focused on shaping his solo musical skills. Subsequently he was approached by his High School friend MixedByAli to work in indie record label TDE – Top Dawg Entertainment.
The label was impressed with Ash talent and on the same year he was even featured on Kendrick Lamar debut EP where he collaborated on his bonus track “Determined”. Well, that was just the beginnig to Riser feature with top notch artist as he again collaborated with Lamar on Barbed Wire, Keisha and Ronald Reagan.
Working & gaining experience in the label for almost three years, Ash eventually released his own EP (Extended Play) from his own label D.R.E.A.M. Brigade Recordings. Over time he again collaborated with Lamar on rapper’s track Black Hippy.
Subsequently, he signed couple production deals and released his third EP, R.I.S.E. Riser last post on Instagram, a week ago on June 2 articulates that Riser was working on a new album.

As of now, the reason behind Down By singer demise has not been shared on the media by his family members or associatives. Ash latest post on Instagram was posted by his mother who acknowledged all the fans and well wishers for their love and support.
