Liam Payne seemed to be regretful over canceling his engagement to Maya Henry.
In the early hours of 4th July, the 27-year-old musician took to Instagram Stories to offer a lesson about not losing the people you love.

Liam posted four distinct stories, one of which included a tagging of Maya’s Instagram account. That story was later removed off his page, but the others stayed.
In his first story, Liam wrote:
Don’t let someone go if you really want to love them even if you have to learn to love them through your own mistakes let your instinct tell you that you need them and keep them close we are always running out of time we never gain it.
The next post said,
F–k Me I’m Wise.
He then shared a post, tagging Maya and including the prayer hands emoji. In the final story, he said:
I love you, we calm.
Earlier in June 2021, Payne confirmed he and Henry are no longer together. The former One Direction star and model, 21, had been engaged since August 2020, but he recently acknowledged their split.

Liam said he is “in fact” single while chatting with Steven Bartlett on The Diary Of A CEO on YouTube. He went on to say that he feels “disappointed” in himself because of how things didn’t work out with his former partners.
