Mark Ruffalo and Ryan Reynolds are starring together in a brand new Netflix movie.
Avengers x Deadpool crossover looks to be on the cards. Well, sort of!
Mark Ruffalo, who plays the role of Hulk in the MCU, and Ryan Reynolds, best known as the notorious Deadpool, are set to star in a new Netflix film together.
That’s not the entire story. Mark will be playing Ryan’s dad in the upcoming science-fiction adventure, The Adam Project.
In what might be the nearest equivalent to seeing Hulk and Deadpool on the same screen, Mark and Ryan are joining forces for a fascinating new project revolving around the time-traveling Reynolds, who’s seeking to get assistance from his 13-year-old self.

Ryan features as the lead of The Adam Project, a guy who literally travels through time to find his childhood self, portrayed by Walker Scobell.
Together, the two seek their dead father—who is the same age as Reynolds’ character at the time—in an attempt to rescue the future.
As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, Ruffalo is going to play Reynolds’ father, a genius physicist.
In the meantime, the recently announced Catherine Keener will be the antagonist of the film, a woman who has stolen the elusive and powerful tech of Ruffalo.
