They met at the New Edition concert backstage in the mid-1980s and were mesmerized by Lisa’s hair at the first sight. The duo eventually loved each other company and shortly fell in love.
Over time, Jason was engaged to a woman named Ming See Lau but later called it off after he was madly “obsessed” with Lisa. Subsequently, they became closer and became a romantic couple from friends and roommates.

Years back they were even recognized as one of the happening couples in Hollywood and even shares a daughter together Zoë Isabella Kravitz who is a successful actor known for movies like Mad Max, X Men, Divergent, and After Earth.
But unfortunately in 1993, Lisa and Jason called it off and as per reports from various outlets, it was Lisa who thought of the divorce sharing that she was just not ready for marriage. Talking to Glamour Magazine, Lisa shared,
I think I just wasn’t ready. I had to take a break. I went through a lot of emotional things, a lot of deaths in my family. But now, I would love to be married. It just has to be the right person, at the right time.”
On the other hand, the split was not so easy for Lenny as the tragedy haunted him for six months, and was in a tremendous amount of pain where she only slept for two hours a day from 4 a.m. to 6 a.m.
