Mika McGee Kleinschmidt is an American real estate developer, home designer, and reality television show host with her husband and business partner Brian Kleinschmidt.  On HGTV, They host the show ‘100 Day Dream Home.’ The couple either constructs new residences or renovates existing ones to fit their needs. They are also the owner of the Anytime Fitness gym.

Brian is also her business partner, and the two of them star in HGTV’s 100 Day Dream Home. The Tampa, Florida-based couple pair creates dream homes. Building a brand-new dream home takes a lot of time and effort. The new HGTV show 100 Day Dream Home understands how aggravating all of that uncertainty and passion can be.

On January 1, 2020, at 10 p.m. a sneak-peek episode of the series with the new title of 100 DAYDREAM HOME appeared. HGTV Dream Home is a little different in that it offers its customers the option of having their customized home built in only 100 days or fewer.

The 38-year-old and her husband Brian are the producers and hosts of HGTV’s ‘100 Day Dream Home.’ The show focuses on the construction of homes from the ground up. Mika plays a realtor who takes clients on inspirational tours so they can pick and choose characteristics from existing houses to design their dream home. Brian is the project manager in charge of putting the concept into action.

“We’re filling a gap in the market that they don’t currently have.” Nobody is building anything new. No one believed we could construct a high-quality new home in that time frame. At the same time that folks are rehabbing homes, we’re creating new homes.” Mika commented on the show.

Although Mika said they design and build roughly 22 homes every year on average, the majority of them involve clients who aren’t seen by the audience. Each episode depicts the full process, from land preparation to the unveiling of the completed home to the buyers.
