With that critics have been coming up with assumptions regarding the scar appearing from aging & or due to any sort of accident.

As looking over Charlie’s face there are no reports of the Governer’s serious medical issues related to skin or cancer. So the bruises might have been due to any allergies he had.

By so far there are no reports of Baker’s serious health issues which would’ve brought the scars.

To date, there is no information related to Baker’s skin disease or any sort of cancer, so no, Charlie does not have any sort of cancer.
